MRLN opened this morning at $12.28 and touched $13.52 intraday before settling at $12.73. The catalyst was a press release that most defense tech observers will read as a minor partnership announcement. It is not. This is the first time Merlin's autonomy stack has been formally committed to a non-US geography, under an exclusive arrangement, with a partner that has spent thirty years embedded in the UAE Armed Forces procurement chain. The thesis has been Pentagon-only since Part 1. Today it is not.
